Josh showed up on time with our new hot water heater, prepared to get the job done. Left everything clean and neat with no extra charges. Will definitely use again.

I changed my 5 star to 1 star review because nobody at Able Plumbing responded to my email and calls to their office. Their plumber replaced a hot water tank at a rental property in Tampa. I have pictures proving prior to the install the hot water tank cord was intact. The cord was pinched from Able Plumbing install. I emailed Able Plumbing & attached ALL the before & after pictures. Pictures clearly show their plumber accidently pinched the cord. I truly understand these things happen. However, when the customer finds out later, that's just NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I've used ABLE Plumbing at our office, home and rental properties. Can't believe this is how they treat their existing customers... Because this is a rental property I take pictures before & after tenants move in & out. 3/5/24- Plumber diagnosed to replace hot water tank. 3/8/24- New hot water tank was installed. I received invoice & pictures after the job was completed but not before. Paid invoice. Cost to replace $1,635... 3/12/24 Tenant called because the a/c that's above the hot water tank was leaking. 3/13/24- A/c company "cleared drain line". 3/15/24- Tenant text stating "this made a small explosive sound, I'm kind of scared from all the wires laying in water. Please send someone to finally fix it properly, thank you". 3/15/24 11:10 am- I called Able Plumbing. I forwarded the picture tenant sent me. 3/15/24 1:49 pm- Able Plumbing emailed me the following " **** stopped by to take a look at this issue. He said it appears that the AC drain leaked down into the water heater electrical tray/wiring. When he went to check it out, it sparked on him too and a wire is actually broken due to being brittle from the water. There is also water in the pan under the water heater. He has dried up the water in the electrical tray and is vacuuming up the water in the pan, but had to turn off the water heater for safety purposes. You will need an electrician to replace the brittle and broken wires and hook them back up to the water heater. The tenant will not have hot water until you can have that done. Please let me know if you have any questions." Because this was a safety issue it needed to be done ASAP. Unfortunately, the first plumber I contacted tried to come out the same day & didn't make it there. 3/16/2024 12:15pm- Electrician repaired cord. The cost $455.00!! the guy was great and took care of the problem. thank you so much Guys we are getting old and i do have to say the price was alittle extreme.
