We had a great experience with Jed. Our hosebib would not turn off on a Saturday and he was at our house within an hour and replaced it. His prices were extremely reasonable for having to come out on the weekend. We will definitely call him again for a few other plumbing projects needed in this old house. We highly recommend him.

Jed took care of a clogged drain for me. Arrived on time, very courteous and explained what needed to be done. His pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will call him again for future needs

I bought a new backwash shampoo bowl system for my salon and needed immediate installation as my last guy no-showed on me With Easter holiday approaching (we're booked solid)--so on a whim, I called Stars and Pipes for an estimate to install it ASAP. Jed returned my call (within minutes) and gave me a fair quote with an 8am next morning arrival. He arrived promptly, was courteous and went above and beyond to accomodate me. Although there were several defects in the new shampoo system, Jed did a phenomenal job correcting [including going back to the supply house x2] and finally installing the system properly. Thanks to Jed we had a very productive week with our "refabricated" brand new shampoo bowl!
