I had a very bad experience with them. The first girl I was dealing with left the company. My case sat there for almost a year. I finally called and nothing was even started with my case. No records were even requested from anyone yet. I was told by the owners wife that she would handle my case personally. Well that did not happen. I was given another girl who had no follow up. They dropped the ball so bad that at 10pm the night before my surgery I had to cancel it otherwise I would get even less money from the law suit. I did not get anywhere near what they thought I would get. The entire experience was a nightmare.
