Melody is professional, patient and very knowledgeable. She is from the area and has a unique skill set with a realistic view on current market trends. She also provided us with excelllent references for inspectors, flooring, painters, landscapers, etc, etc. We ran into an issue with leased solar during our home purchase and she was all over it, now with that expertise in her tool box.
