Mary Ellen has helped my two month old with his whole body! She has been such a relief for all my worries! Such an amazing and welcoming place! Everyone there is such a pleasure to be around!

We brought our 2 week old baby to see Dr. Mary Ellen per recommendation of my lactation consultant. The front desk lady was very nice and Since my baby's issue was affecting her feeding, they were able to fit me in quickly on emergency basis, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Mary Ellen is gentle and kind and was able to calm my fussy little one. She taught us some exercises to do with the little one to continue strengthening her tongue. Also after both visits, my baby's hips and legs were much more relaxed and she was able to lay on her back more comfortably. Definitely one of the least stressful/most beneficial appointments we've had so far.

I had a relapse of a knee replacement, and my range of motion had regressed quite a bit.  At one point, after therapy sessions with a firm nearby home in Pennsylvania, I even went to the surgeon to consider another corrective surgery due to lack of improvement.  We decided to continue therapy while on vacation in Florida for 6 weeks to at least try to keep the mobility I got back with the PA therapy firm.  Was given Nicole as my therapist, and from the very first meeting, she made a major difference for my improvement.  Over 6 weeks, she improved my range of motion, reduced the scar tissue around the knee, and taught me a number of very helpful things from exercises for home, to topical treatments, to stretching devices, how to get out of a chair, exercises to do while in a chair, etc....I could go on and on with her insightful suggestions based on my condition and specific condition.  Very very pleased with Nicole and Evolution - definitely not a "therapy factory" approach, but rather a thoughtful, customized, individual therapy approach.

I could not be more pleased with the specialized PT I've been getting there. Nicole is a skilled and intuitive practitioner. I'm so appreciative of her expertise and compassion.

As a Registered Nurse I can tell you Evolution Medical is the future of patient care. Integration of traditional primary care and physical therapy with acupuncture and medical massage massage provide holistic care of the whole person. Other medical providers don't communicate with one another which results in fragmented care where things can fall through the cracks. At Evolution Medical, all providers are in the same office and will help develop treatment plans together. In my experience, as a patient, with a big medical organization I would have to wait on hold for 20+ minutes to get someone on the line to make an appointment and often felt lost in the shuffle. This doesn't happen at Evolution Medical. Fantastically friendly staff and a warm welcoming environment. Did I mention the therapy dogs!? They are the sweetest and bring a true sense of calm to anyone near them. I could go on forever but in the interest of keeping this review short. Check them out!!!
