image Both of my parents are patients at this office. Dr Yeap is a wonderful Doctor and she deserves 20 stars. Unfortunately the staff at this office is the worst, nasty rude, etc.
Tina been one of them, she has no besides manners.
PLEASE change the staff or train them to do a better job. The only reason I still dealing with this office is because Dr Yeap is a great Doctor.

image Called me on a friday at 4pm, telling me i have to call my insurance to switch to a diff doctor there, and JANE had the balls to ask why i cant. These people are so out of touch on the difficulties handling insurance. What I dont understand is, they sit at desks all day, and there are atleast 3 there, but they don't answer phones at all? Why have them then? fire them and get people who actually do the bare minium and answer phones. BE AWARE THIS PLACE IS HORRID

image STAY AWAY!!! It sucks because the Drs and the nurses are great, the phone or schedule crew suck!!!! The absolute worst receptionist staff Ive ever encountered!! They are lazy as hell! You cant get an answer to your call for weeks!! Then you finally get an answer and you get nothing but ATTITUDE!!! I get called in the middle of a job but I have to take it right Ive been waiting two weeks to talk to someone Im agreeing with everything the woman is saying, Im not rude, even though she is, Im at work & trying to answer whatever shes asking and she says we wanna make an appointment. I say okay, yes please, yes, please do she cops an even bigger attitude says all right you know what, you know what Miss Im getting you to someone else. Its mind boggling!!! I am still left with no appt, now with multiple things to deal with!! What did I do? Please enlighten me. !?!?! I even have an impartial witness for crying out loud!! I guess scheduling the appt is too much??? I dont know Save yourself the trouble and find an office that actually cares and will help you!!! This one will NOT!!!!!!! I am a real person not a bot!!

image As a FTM and someone who went there for pregnancy upstairs we absolutely loved both parts! (Some of the doctors downstairs are quite off-putting tho!)
My sons original doctor we go to (Dr.Lamb) was is super awesome! Very knowledgeable, listens, not judgmental and just very well rounded for a learning doctor!
There was Maybe 1 or 2 (student doctors) that seen my son that were quite judgemental. I have no complaints about the doctors that come double check everything! My son is a super happy partially healthy loving boy. As for the obs upstairs you guys were all super awesome! The nurse that goes downstairs and upstairs to take peoples blood or give shots she is great! Rachel Im not sure I ever met her at ob office but met her at hospital giving birth and my mom didnt make it but Rachel made me feel a tad bit better. She came and checked in on me and my little boy the next day! Everyone upstairs always made me not as anxious as usual tho!
For all the student doctors/obs you all have to learn somewhere and you guys are all gonna do great keep up the good work!

image My husband Robert was in Morton Plant last week for 5 days. We requested he see a Urologist during his stay. We asked on at least 2 occasions. No referral was given or ordered. Even if we didnt ask, which we did, twice, an Urology consult should have been ordered. We were advised by the nurse Manager that he could not see a specialist without an order or referral. He had to have urine extracted from his bladder twice because his bladder was full, and he couldnt urinate. Medicine to help his bladder and abdomen werent given to help him. He only had medicine to clear his infection. The rest of the meds were given later. We had an inexperienced doctor with no supervision who really didnt listen or understand our concerns. Whoever was supervising didnt do their job. We are thoroughly disappointed in the care my husband received. Thoroughly. Yes, his infection was treated. He had a UTI, an enlarged Prostate, an infection, not able to pee, pain in his abdomen, a fever, and more. We have an appointment with the Urologist tomorrow because he is still in pain, and has trouble going to the bathroom. We will seek out another practice, one with experience.
