I have tried over a dozen kombucha kits in the past and I found the instructions so convoluted I didn't know which end was up and never had 1 successful brew. Until this kit. I still had several questions and gave their customer service a call. Not only did I get a human English speaking voice on the 3rd ring but the president of the company himself! 15 minutes later I had every question answered and some that I didn't even know to ask. And today I had my first successful brew!!!! A lovely strawberry basil booch that is ringing everyones chimes. Save yourself a lot of heartache and frustration and purchase this as your first kit. You will be glad you did.

Love the help/advice/reassurance I've gotten from these guys. They've helped me think through problems, offered to look at pictures of my SCOBY... great source of support as I figure this process out.
