Yes bought a 18volt cordless slider miter saw 300 hundred ,and they sold me a product which the manufacturer date was expired so I couldn't register it for a lifetime warranty, so I go to customer service, and they called the manager up which he probably wasn't, because the way he treated me was disgusting mine it was around 8 in the morning so the place was packed, oh BTW his name is Rob,,,so he comes up to me and I explain why I wanted to return it ,,,then he tells me how do I know you bought it from home depot, I said excuse me I go ok here I will look it up for you mine you he is making a big commotion,,,,,,so I looked it up, then I had to go back to customer service to get him , by this point I was upset cause I never been treated at a home depot ever like I always got good service ,,,,,and this guy Rob wouldn't give me his managers number or nothing ,,then he threatened me to throw me out of the store I said no you don't have to do none of that, cause I am calling customer service and take care of it, and this is at the clw store on gulf to bay,, also when I come back in there to get my purchase item I want him to give to me and I want the store manager plus the district manager there also,,,, something needs to be done with this guy named rob,,,I will keep writing bad reviews until he is gone or reprimanded ty James

Customer Service is always extremely helpful and gracious, tidy aisles. Employees seem to be treated well
