Zulay Kitchen

I had enjoyed my Zulay Kitchen frother for one year. It suddenly stopped working. I ordered a new one , but that new one wouldnt turn off once the batteries were placed! So, I emailed Customer service at Zulay! They promptly(within 24 hours) made true to their promise of a guaranteed warranty! They have already put in an order and are sending me replacements! (I paid the postage) It was a pleasure working with Zulay Kitchen customer service! Thank you!

I have never had such prompt and courteous communication regarding an issue with a product than Ive had with this company. I thought the issue with my frother was my error, but they happily replaced it and ensured my satisfaction was guaranteed. This is what customer service looks like. Thank you Zulay Kitchen!

Highest quality product and customer service. Ann solved a minor issue after business hours and on the weekend. I am most happy with the company and their products and highly recommend giving them a shot!
