The technician performed what he was supposed to do and assisted with a peculiar issuemy child had accidentally locked us inside my room with what I believed to be a decorative skeleton key, and we had to escape via a low first-floor window with assistance from the other side. In order to prevent this from happening again, he was able to open the door and replace the old jammed mechanism.

They are awesome!!! They came to my home and helped by fixing my actual car key and making me a spare. I thought I wouldn't be able to find anyone because my car is older but he was so helpful. More importantly very responsive and up front about the price. Thank you so much for helping me out!

The guy was absolutely lovely and got us in, in under 15 minutes but the quote we received was incorrect as the operator said it would be a max of $100 but it was more than double that. Again locksmith was lovely and punctual but not good if you want a good quote.
