I was helping my father cancel his healthcare policy through colonial penn. I was advised by these lovely folks to reach out to them directly. After spending an accumulation of 2 days on the phone, weekly trying to get this resolved. I've had to file a complaint with the BBB in hopes of resolution. If an agent there had taken care of this for me directly, instead of making me jump through hoops just to come to the same point I've started with shows how hard they're going to work for you and your policy. A one and done. Get your premium and then never hear from them. Hope you all get out of bed with Colonial Penn and find a carrier that doesn't outsource every call to Bangladesh.

Tom Bienkowski was amazing helping my dad with his Medicare. He had been on disability for several years, but initially didnt have help choosing a plan. Tom walked him through step by step to find one that best fit what he needed. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient helping with any questions we had. Theres so much to the Medicare system, I didnt realize how important it was to have a knowledgeable agent to help choose the best plan for you. I highly recommend.
