        Was a customer for over 30 years while I lived in St. Louis. Moved to FL and had to change insurers. Now American Family is in FL and have been calling for days, leaving messages and no response. I thought my current insurer was bad. This is ridiculous!

        Terrible customer service. you can call, leave voice messages over and over again and they'll never call you back. To be honest I've never heard of a place that doesn't answer their phones
