        Ill prefice by saying that I am a small business owner, who spends a short amount of time at multiple locations thru out the states- then once my business is done I move on. Also that means Ive been to quite a few: gyms, boxes, clubs Caged is amazing, everything I could ask for- I work unique hours- and this place is always open and always has staff on site. For my me that was really important, and more importantly-the staff on site if fully accredited and knowledge- not just someone collecting a paycheck No matter if you are local or just dropping in, this is the place you want to be.
