Though this is not the type of feedback we want to see and are disappointed you did not come to us with any questions, we want to be sure to respond to the policy and timeframe you are referring to. The appointment was scheduled and missed, but if no one was present, you could have contacted us when you were looking for our office at the time of the appointment, at some point the same day as the appointment, when you received the email regarding missing the appointment, and any day after to reschedule. We have not heard from you since the scheduling of the appointment, August 2022 (over a year ago). Our Technicians arrive in the office at the time of the appointments, so if applicants arrive early, we cannot guarantee they will be seen prior to the appointment. If there are any delays with our team, we contact applicants to notify each of the situation. We allow a certain amount of time between each appointment, so if applicants are running late there may be the possibility of still being seen. We have text and email contact methods for applicants to let us know their status or provide information. We also have disclaimers about the NO Contact NO Show policy on our website, within our EMAIL confirmations, and in TEXT confirmation/ reminders. The policy notes the fees and how charges are applied. These are standard policies that have been in place and the much like with any billable service not paid as required, fees apply. You have been our customer for a many years, maybe this was your first experience missing an appointment and having this specific policy implemented, but now that the policy has been reiterated, we hope you will reconsider using our services. We do not want to lose you as a customer, over the years we have received nothing but wonderfully positive feedback from you regarding the team being patient, informative, and kind. We are glad to continue to be of service.
