I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis for many years. He is great and I always give him 5 stars. Ive had very few acute issues that require immediate attention. The problem is the clinics phone system, with calls to nurse, going to voice mail with a 24 hour turn around time. Today someone, who refused to identify herself called me from Turley Clinic. She was nasty/disrespectful from the beginning of the conversation. She refused to take my medication request and pass it on to Dr. Lewis. Fortunately, I can message Dr. Lewis through the portal, but this creates unnecessary delays. When you consider becoming a patient here, look at the reviews. My experience is not unique, and there are years of reviews indicating this as a consistent problem with Turley. The Drs. are great, communication difficult with nasty disrespectful people on the phone.

When you call the Dr office no one never answer the phone and the nurse.drs are nice but the phone person never wants to answer the phone s I think that it is crazy and when you do talk to someone they always say they call you back and half the time they never do think they should be more friendly and return people's calls back wow give you a star

The doctors themselves here are great, however, the nursing staff behind the desk in charge of appointments, are extremely rude and unprofessional. Ive been here about three years, Ill be searching for a new primary immediately and recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Worse ever. Very rude. Just go for your yearly exam. They are young and inexperienced. Would never recommend them to anyone. If you have a chronic condition it's best to go elsewhere.

I absolutely love my doctor Mr. Wayne Anderson and after more than 10 with the same office and doctor I still love my doctor and his staff thanks for always taking care of me everyone...
