Total Family Wellness

Im so glad that I was referred by a friend to start my total wellness journey under the care of Dr. Trinette Moss. She and her staff were very professional but yet personable. Her encouragement and support really made my wellness journey successful. Before I started my wellness journey with Dr. Moss, I had low energy, high levels of inflammation, cholesterol, and was pre-diabetic. After the wellness program I my energy has increased and ive lowered all of my levels to a normal range. I have gained a wealth of knowledge in what it takes to live a healthier lifestyle and am grateful for it because of Dr. Moss and her Total Family Wellness staff!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Moss for several years. She and the staff are very professional. I am so appreciative of her skills and how quickly she is able to pinpoint the issue and help you resolve it. She is very easy to communicate with and is the best primary care provider I have ever had. I strongly encourage you to visit with Dr. Moss. After almost a year and a half of going there, I am appalled with the service that I received. When I initially came there, I was very sick mentally and physically after battling with a terrible string of illnesses. I went with my mother and she helped me enroll. Because of that, I guess I didn't read the paperwork well enough to know that you are locked in to the contract until you formally unsubscribe. My grandmother was paying for me because I am a poor, young adult. She recently passed away, so the payments did not go through. I was called today by the receptionist and she explained that for me to continue getting treatment, I would have to pay off all the months that I missed because I now owe them. Nobody ever went over that with me or explained that that debt would be accrued, even when the service was no longer used. My biggest issue was how rude Marty was with me. She became immediately annoyed when I explained my confusion at the situation, and snapped on me about the contract. I get it is my fault for not fully reading the contract, but in my defense, at the time, I was not mentally capable of signing things by myself. Her lack patience and people skills make her unfit for her job.
