Melinda went above and beyond to make sure I had all the tools I needed to land an incredible job. She even stayed late through her lunch to get all of my paperwork in order. She made this whole process so much easier to navigate.

I have applied for multiple positions for this company over the years and have 10 plus year in customer service but yet they always tell me the position is not open, or always something else. Today i explain that i have been trying for a position and wanted to check on my resume and the lady says I have to come to the tampa offices despite there being an office right down the street after explaining that i do not have transportation. UPDATE: I decided to call to talk to the Owner and instead spoke with a very rude rep at the company after explaining that I called to speak with the owner she went over the whole company policy of how potential applicants have to come to Tampa. I even explained that currently I am experiencing car issues but can get anywhere in Clearwater, despite the owner saying that the building right down the street from is only for special circumstances, which being close to me to fill out paperwork and do the hiring process with no way to Tampa being a special circumstance. I am no longer going to consider thus company with their unprofessional reps and company policy that would make someone drive 2 hours just to fill out 40 minutes or less of paperwork and an interview. They want to hire but never want to accomodate and it is sad to see that this company hasn't changed since I applied in 2006 and now we are in 2020. It is called the internet guys we are not still in 1996.

The worst ,the worst. Don't bother coming here. Unprofessional, disrespectful, untrained. The worst. Just worried about there earnings of your sweat.

Terrible! Worked a temp position and they kept sending people from the Clearwater office and all of them would quit, come in late, leave early and are just plain lazy. The Reserves needs to screen their contact employees better.
