1st off, I am 47 and have been to so many physicians for care of my children and myself. I have to say VeriMED is the best so far! Everyone is so nice and understanding. My primary doctor Petrov is funny, nice, and honest! She has gone above and beyond for all my needs and I couldn't be more appreciative! Thank you!! If you need care, please Verimed is the place.

Definitely look at your claim after a visit. My annual physical was billed as an office visit, so I currently have a bill for an office visit ($110)vs. preventative care visit (free). When I brought up weight concerns, I was quickly informed to focus on diet & exercise. I didnt have a chance to share what I had already been doing. I learned a lot from this experience and am disappointed with how things turned out. A short 13 minute physical turned into a pretty awful patient experience.

I had no issues with the service I received, but the administration. They made a small mistake, and as a result they charged me for my yearly physical, that used to be free (covered by my insurance). When I complained, they chose to lose a patient for $70, rather than fixing the error. It tells everything about the company.

I had my first visit and love this office staff and Dr. Gillespie! We left Verimed in Trinity because of the terrible Staff and Dr. Varkey. What a night and day difference! The front desk are lovely, caring, and kind. Dr. Gs manner is empathetic, patient, and asks questions while listens to her patients. Very pleased we moved offices.
