They do not have your best interests at heart. No responses from them at all. Even when you're in their office, they are like a deer in the headlights. Packing my bags and moving on!! Going to see a practice that really takes their patients seriously.

Dr. Bedi is perhaps the nicest human being I have ever met and very professional but the office staff is HORRIBLE. Having them help you is the worst thing you will EVER experience.

For those who dont know. If you go to this facility you will get hit with 4 fees. 1. FACILITY FEE 2. ANESTHESIA FEE 3. PATHOLOGY FEE 4. DR. FEE with insurance! and without insurance same. The office will NOT let you know about all the fees.

Stay away, tried to schedule 2 procedures, doctor and office staff have very poor communication skills. Then to top it off, the day before the procedures hospital called to cancel, because the doctor did not get a pre-approval from my insurance company.

I hate, hate calling this corporation! If you want to be frustrated beyond words...try the press this press that...OH and how about someone getting back to you within 24 to 48 hours!!! Oh my God I cannot tell you how horrible this corporate and all the satellite areas are when you try to reach them. Oh and do not try to reach the doctors. It will not happen. It is as if they are GODS!!! This is the worst of the worst doctor to patient situation I have ever been involved with!!!! I HATE THIS CORPORATE!!!!
