I wish there was a negative star rating. I stopped at this establishment on my way into work for fuel and a snack. But when I ran my card the cashier said it didn't go through for some reason and to try again. And when I ran it second time it came back saying insufficient funds. But I had checked my balance before making my purchase and knew that I had almost the exact amount in my account as I was supposed to be charged with a few cents left to spare. So I paid for my fountain drinking change since it couldn't be put back on the shelves and got on my phone to investigate further. and found through my banking app that the first charge did actually go through leaving me with insufficient funds for the second attempt. I showed this to the cashier who responded by saying that he didn't understand what happened and that there is nothing he could do. Since it was clear there was no point in wasting my breath there and I only had a couple miles to empty and an out-of-town job site and being that this occurred at 2:30 in the morning I didn't see anything that I could do other than sit outside and wait for normal waking hours when I could reach out to somebody I knew for assistance. About an hour later the owner of the store showed up and asked me what I was doing loitering outside his store and said I couldn't be there and had to leave. I then told him what had happened to which he responded I still couldn't be there and said if I needed some gas in order to leave it he would help me out and asked how much gas I needed. To which I responded that I only wanted the the same amount of gas that my card had been charged for there at his store and showed him the banking statements on my phone. I then went to the pump that I was parked at and waited for the promised gas for more than 30 minutes before going back in at which time before I could even say a word I was greeted with a bad attitude and was told to get off his property and call my bank if I wanted my money back.

Extremely unprofessional, I go here everyday , the manager didn't hesitate to be disrespectful when requesting to show me where it states a rule. Good thing corporate will be notified, last time I was walking into this 7/11

Just paid 11 dollars for a can of Copenhagen. Did not realize that before leaving the store that I was given the wrong cut. No big deal. Proceed to open the can to discover the lid is rusted through and the can is dated 2022. The phone number does not work for the store and my emails have been ignored. Dissatisfied with the customer service Disappointed in the product freshness

Opened the door on me while I was using the bathroom. They knocked twice, I answered that it was busy twice, yet they still unlocked it and opened the door while I was using the bathroom.
