Queen Cleopatra Mediterranean Store

Worst customer service ever. I called to ask if they have cottage cheese, and since I need a lot of it, I asked how much they charge per pound. Instead of a proper response, the lady who answered the phone yelled at me and then hung up. I live 45 minutes away. I didnt want to drive to find out they dont have what I need or if they can't accommodate the quantity I require, But they treated me with disrespect and hung up the phone. I dont understand why she refused to tell me the price over the phone, why she was mad at me to ask for the price and why she hang up the phone but what I know its not the place for me to shop.

Very clean store, or the product is up-to date very nice people and great customer service , I highly recommend it. Everything is great.

First time going to the store. Very clean and neat. Found what I was looking for. Ms. Emma was very friendly and courteous. I will be going back to shop again. It was a wonderful first time experience.
