Purchased a $30 backwoods battery 13 days ago. Ive used it a few times and carried it in my purse and the heater coil started falling away from the base after about seven days. I tried to plug it back into the base, but it continued to fall out. So four days later I stopped in the shop. They would not honor an exchange or a refund stating they had no idea what I did to it, I couldve sat on it, Or anything couldve happened to it in my purse which which is not a large purse. I just expected a $30 battery to be of a higher quality, and was really surprised that the store didnt back the products it selling. Ive had many batteries most of them, ooze batteries, and have never experienced this. Really disappointed. Will search for other stores to buy my products at and cross backwoods off my list.

Product selection is good, price is standard, I thought I found a new place and have even spent a few hundred here over the past couple weeks, but tonight (12/17) the counter girl sucked so much Im not going back. Didnt get her name but she was dismissive and rude and the opposite of helpful, wouldnt assist during shopping and couldnt answer questions, just stood and stared at me. Will not be going back and will be taking back the recommendation I gave to my friends. Average shop and unique selection I suppose are the plusses. Owner probably doesnt care but whatever

I am super particular with my kratom tea. This place makes very quality product. This is a really well run establishment with excellent employees. I cant say enough good things. Thanks to Ricky the manager. Employees Jay, Juli, Olivia, Paul, Tuba, Laura, and Minh!
