If I can give them a "0" I would! My daughter tried on and picked out a beautiful prom dress. We gave the associate the dress to hold while my daughter tried on others dresses. We then came back to pay for it. However, when we got home we realized that it was the WRONG dress size!! Their store policy is "Exchange only" and of course when we went back to ask for the ORIGINAL dress with the correct size, they said that they didn't have it in stock nor did they have it in any surrounding stores. So now we literally have to pay $125 to have the dress altered to fix their mistake!! And after reading another African Americans review, I'm starting to believe that this was done on purpose and it wasn't a "mistake". So when visiting that store be aware of the (Karen) RUDE older lady that works there especially if you are African Americans.

April was such a pleasure to shop with today! She was so helpful by assisting me with picking out dresses for my Christmas parties. She was very personable and friendly. April made my shopping experience delightful and fun :) thank you! Also - Windsor is a great store with the cutest trendy clothes. Ill definitely be back again.

I feel like I was racially profiled. An older associate followed me around the entire time. Initially I thought she was trying to be helpful until I realized she was taking every article I had and mentioned purchasing behind the counter while not doing this to anyone else. She also hovered around the fitting rooms as I tried some things on. I was the ONLY African American in the store and became uncomfortable. She then questioned whether i would purchasing everything she had placed behind the counter and when i replied yes, said "oh " as if she was surprised. I checked out with a different young lady who was more pleasant. I think her name was April. I like their things and because of the young lady that rang me up, I'm not COMPLETELY turned off from shopping here but I think others should DEFINITELY be aware.
