Its unusual to find a craftsman who takes such pride in his work and for good reason! After trying in vain to find someone who could take care of a problem with my door, I found Jacob! He was able to make the repair the same day, and at a price much, much lower than I had been quoted from other companies. I am certain that I will be calling on him for other repairs and projects in the future.

I have worked on several projects with Jacob. He is honest, on time, and professional. He delivers each and every time and his woodworking skills are unmatched. One of my favorite projects is the really complicated door handler closet right in the middle of the living room/kitchen area on an interior design project. Results were exactly as I imagined!

I am SOOO happy I found JSM Woodworks due to their great Google reviews! Jacob (owner) was quick to provide me with a quote and maintained great lines of communication when coordinating the repair date. Jacob and Hugo were fabulous to work with. They fixed multiple wood rot issues on the exterior of my house and also replaced/repaired some damaged molding inside the house (a hazard of fostering shelter pups and having resident dogs!) I am beyond happy with the quality of work and was shocked they were able to get everything done in a single day. Hands down, I would use JSM Woodworks again and would gladly encourage friends/family to skip getting multiple quotes and just reach out to Jacob! In short order Jacob is top notch craftsman. I originally called to have a door and casing repaired. He was quick to respond and provide an estimate. Since I wasnt in a hurry, I said I would reach out when I was ready, which then turned into a needed several more little repairs to get my house ready to sell. He came that same week to look at all the repairs and provided a cost per project so I could easy pick and choose what I could budget. In explaining the timeline for the sell of my house, he worked me into this schedule to meet my needs. The day of repairs he showed up on time, even assisted by picking up some items at the home store for the job. He made quick work of the jobs with quality work. He is not only kind, but very professional and went above and beyond making sure it was just as I expected, by asking if the repairs were as I were expecting them to be. Not only did Jacob do high quality work, but so did the subcontractors he brought in for some items. I would use them again and will recommend Jacob to anyone who asks. - Replace bathroom vanity - Paint bathroom - Paint bedroom - Repair door to garage (that wouldnt close right) - painted to to look new - Removed light in ceiling, repaired ceiling and painted ceiling - Repaired kitchen cabinet trim that was very uneven and an eye soar - Painted kitchen ceiling - Repaired closet wall holes and painted closet You wont be sorry calling Jacob!

I LOVE the work JSM Woodworks did for me in my kitchen and I am so impressed by Jacob's work! First let me start by saying that when I first reached out for an estimate, Jacob was quick to respond and showed up that same day. He was friendly, punctual and got back to me with a reasonable estimate and was able to fit my job in to his calendar very quickly. He got the materials in short order and the week he was there, he showed up exactly when he said he would and was in very good communication with me throughout the job and never left a mess. Second, and this is a big one, the job wasn't an easy one because the walls in my kitchen were a disaster. They were uneven and not level and I was having a custom shiplap backsplash put in horizontally - so this was no easy feat!. The last contractor who put my cabinets in, spent all of his time muttering and cursing under his breath because those walls are such a nightmare. Not Jacob! He remained pleasant and professional and did such an excellent job that even now when I look at the backsplash, it makes me incredibly happy at the stellar product he got for me! I would recommend JSM Woodworks any day of the week to anyone who wants a true professional craftsman. I also plan on using JSM Woodworks again as soon as the holidays are over for several other jobs I have planned in my home. Overall JSM Woodworks is topnotch and as you can tell, I'm extremely happy with the work that was done for me.
