        They never answer the phone and i have been calling for 4 days and left several messages, never get a call back.

        Would give a 0 if I could worst customer service ever came in there today to do a fingerprint scanning and sat there forever to see the door unlocked and nobody there attempted to call the number they had listed 3 times and nobody answered I'm requesting my moneyback as well put in a cancellation on their website it said refund success and there was no refund to my account as of yet lesson learned go elseware for your background check and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS POS place will be reporting them to BBB if I don't get my money back and about their customer service
