Sports Facilities Companies

I debated writing this review for a long time. I worked in a facility managed by SFA. I have never in my life felt more undervalued and used. These people don't actually care about their employees AT ALL. There is no training, no structure, and zero desire from upper management to actually help employees succeed. When I quit after 3 years of dedicated service, I didn't even get a goodbye from MANY people I thought respected me, or an exit interview from anyone at corporate. When I say dedicated service - I mean it. That job was my entire life. I was available 7 days a week, at all hours. I LOVED my job but I didn't love feeling like I didn't matter. Nobody actually cares. They want to keep building more facilities and keep making their money down in Clearwater while they're blind to everything else that's going on. DISGRACE and JOKE of a company. I've met the CEO and all I have to say is JASON you should be ashamed. Hope the money is worth screwing up people's well-being.
