While I work at a small CPA firm we have found there are clients who need additional assistance with their Quickbooks and Bookkeeping beyond what our firm can provide. We've referred several clients to Jack and we've been very pleased with the quality of work. I brokered an M&A transaction for the Contract Electronics Manufacturing Co that Jack was VP of Finance for. Despite the very difficult financial conditions, the sale was successful, largely due to the outstanding financial reporting and clarity that Jack was able to timely produce. Prospective investors were able, with Jack's guidance, to understand where things stood, as well as where the hidden potential in the business was. The quality of reporting was what you would expect in a company 10 times larger than Jack's employer.
