Einstein Bros. Bagels

I went there because of the free coffee promotion. We'll you have to order online to be able to get ir. I love this place in every sense. There food os amazing ! The guy that gives you your order has 0 customer service skills. We had to figure out on our own if it was our food.

Im really tired of them not giving me the 2 eggs that i asked for on my sandwich.... the sandwiches are too expensive not to get what youve asking for... they used to go a good job but lately, not so much. They also alway run out of 6 cheese bagels early, just make more if people request them so much

Came to the drive thru today after placing a mobile order. Sat in front of the window for 15 minutes. The employees are sitting in a nearly empty restaurant, completely ignoring the drive thru and just sitting on their phones and pacing around the restaurant. Had to pull around the front and catch someone's attention for them to finally hand me my order. They did the same to the lady in front of me. I've never seen more unprofessional people in my life. It takes 10 seconds to hand someone their order and then you can go right back to your Instagram feed. The coffee is also nasty, the only thing good here are the bagels.

Worst Einstein I ever been too. They literally always forget to cut my bagel in half. Never toast it dark when asked. Always over do the cream cheese. They make Einstein taste bad when I know its good

I am surprised they even called these things bagels. Theyre basically round dough with no character. I think maybe the name should be changed to Einstein Round Breads. No taste and totally not worth the price.
