Dishwasher broke and needed another same date! Got a super nice dishwasher for a very fair price and was able to take it home with me same day and install it! Super happy with the service and atmosphere. I will never go anywhere else again for a home appliance.

Went to to browse and ended up with a lovely clearance pair of washer dryer . I am assisting my son with his new home renovation and started browsing appliances . Made initial contact with Brandon and with a phone call and mostly a few emails , decided fairly quickly , with his assistance , the appliances that were right for my son . It was a wonderful experience- very professional and extremely helpful . Highly recommend!

Well, I started the process with an online chat. And the person online was a real person, not some stupid AI bot. Frank ws great. He knew all the answers about the model of refrigerator we wanted, he knew about the sale pricing and he could get us the quickest delivery. Also, there was no delivery fee and the haul away fee was less than the big box stores. I did everything online without a hitch. The follow up e-mails regarding delivery were great. Accurate and timely. On the day of delivery, (only one day after the day I placed the order) there were confirming calls letting us know that the new ref ridge was on the way. The delivery guys knew exactly what they were doing. They took care moving the old refrigerator out - down a flight of stairs - and installing the new replacement. Smooth and professional. All in all, it was an excellent experience. 5 Stars for sure. I will do business with Famous Tate again.
