        Unethical business practice to charge $100.00 counter fee to return a 80.00 part. Absolutely crazy

        worst customer service. They sell only to contractor. Guy was happy and moking after knowing Contractor wants to charge me $650 for the part that cost $50. His answer was " that is how they make money, if you dont want to pay open your own busienss" so looks like he was more intrested in Contractors making money. I understand if company have policy to create one sided market but this is not how you treat customers. Worst service.
