My refrigerator went out Monday night and I contacted Chinchilla appliance repair Tuesday morning, I was able to send Mario Chinchilla a picture of my model # and a picture of what the temperature gage was doing and he told me exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator. He sent me the part information and then followed up with I could get it cheaper on Amazon and he would still install it for a cheaper price. I ordered the part and set the time for him to come install it the next day Wednesday between 2:30 n 3:00 my part was suppose to be delivered by 8am that day. So Wednesday comes around and my part did not come in so I txted him to see if he would still be to get me the part from Tampa.. he got me the part I needed and txted and said he was running ahead of schedule and that he could be here in 30 minutes he came in and fixed my refrigerator and it was exactly what he said it was! I will used this company again!! So nice to see this small business that is completely honest with their customers and the prices are super low.. it cost me less that $300 to get it fix!
