My first time visiting this particular dental office. And I cannot say enough about all the staff from walking through the front door. to leaving they are phenomenal. Miss Jolynn, who clean my teeth was absolutely phenomenal.I mean this young lady did such a good job on my old teeth.

I called there today to try to be seen because I was in horrible pain and I just needed my tooth looked at and maybe pulled and given some antibiotics at least. I was literally in tears. The woman told me that I needed to go to a hygiene class and then get some x-rays and then they may could fit me sometime in May , I explained to the woman my teeth were very bad and I was gonna get dentures as soon as I could get the money saved and I was already very ashamed of the way they were but I needed some help and relief. I then asked her since they couldn't help me would you happen to know anyone that could because I'm hurting really bad. She the said maybe dixieland dental or aspen. Ok first of all if I had that kind of money obviously I would have already been there but all I had enough money for was for the one tooth extraction ya know. This place hurt my feelings and made me feel like scum. I have made alot of mistakes in my life but we all walk different paths in this life and no matter what you think about a person personally you definitely shouldn't treat them like that at your job. I'm good though cause I know GOD will provide all my needs and all you did was show your true colors lady and you know who you are. But GOD BLESS YOU I hope you never have to walk a mile in my shoes

I found Family Dentistry online and made my appt. From the reception on the phone and reception on arrival, they are absolutely the sweetest gals, made me feel very comfortable. Sherry was my hygienist, what a wonderful person, she had 15 years of plaque to clean off my teeth and she did it with knowledge and skill which made the cleaning totally painless , she's gentle, kind and has a wonderful personality. Dr. Hooper is so kind, I feel very comfortable with him. I look forward to my next appointment! I love this place.
