Definitely a great dealership. Matt was very helpful and very Courteous. Was looking for a new side by side but couldn't find one so I talked to Matt and as soon as they got the machine i wanted he called, I bought a new Cfmoto uforce 600 and absolutely love the machine. We will definitely go back there. I have already been telling people to go to them.

I just bought a SXS from them and couldnt be happier with it. The whole experience was great the sales team and delivery experience was top notch. They drove 5 hours to deliver it at no extra cost and made sure everything was how I liked it. Ill definitely be recommending anyone whos interested to check these guys out.

I am a repeat Mahindra owner, I have owned a 2004 2810, a 2011 5010 and took delivery on the new 5145 today. I originally was just needing parts and posted my needs on a Facebook group and Garrett at Crystal reached out to assist me in the part of need. Just as the other dealers I have been in contact with since early March this year, no luck. However that wasnt good enough for the team at Crystal Tractor. Not just did they try expediting my part, they answered any and every question I had, found a hard to find model that would work great for my needs, streamlined the financing, offered a fair trade value sight unseen and delivered the new unit in approximately 96 hours from our first conversation. Garrett, Huey and team were great to work with. Kevin, well this fellow did everything that a customer could ask for, he delivered my tractor on time after making a 7 hour commute one way. My trade was not running and couldnt be steered but that didnt stop Kevin, he evaluated all obstacles and quickly and confidently had a plan and we executed it without any adverse impacts. He was knowledgeable, courteous, customer focused and safety was his priority. As a Health and Safety Professional for the largest forest product company in the world, I was impressed that safety was never compromised or that Kevin didnt become complacent trying to hurry up with shortcuts to try and get back home. Ocala to Pensacola and back is what I would call a dedicated employee. Thanks guys! I would highly recommend business with Crystal Tractor!
