My husband and I have not bought a house yet. We have looked everywhere (5 years doing this) and decided to go into Wayne Frier. We have gone time and time again and have decided they will get our business. Our sales representative is Matt Otte, have not only spend time with us every time, he has tried anything and everything to make sure we have an understanding of the purchase process. Very satisfied with the entire process so far.

Got a home we did not want. The house that was put on our property is all wrong. They are not even willing to own up to their mistake. As of right now I've been told there is nothing they can do for me. Spent almost 200,000 on a house that we hate. Writing this review in hopes that they decide to resolve the issue. I will provide an update in a couple weeks.

We got the pleasure of buying our first home with the help of Matt Otte. He was with us every step of the way and even provided us with plenty of helpful and useful tips about being a new home owner. We found our perfect home and I am very happy with everything Matt did for us. If anyone I know is in the market for a new mobile home, I know where to send them. Thank you Matt for everything! :)
