Started in 1975 by Frank Gallo, the business is now run by his children, daughter Jeni Holmes and son Ken Gallo. The showroom is at 303 S. Main Street, in Chiefland, but Genesis services the surrounding areas as well. The Genesis Carpet Sales inventory includes not only carpet, but also hardwood, laminate, ceramic wall and floor tile, sheet vinyl, vinyl tile and vinyl planks.
