        Requested service on our vehicles. One of which is a recall. The other is a repair. The service guy would not honor the extended warranty we purchased and would not schedule the recall work. When we questioned him he got smart mouthed and asked us where we purchased our vehicles. We told him somewhere else because they didn't have what we wanted and couldn't get it. He said that we should take it back where we bought it at. He was rude and very unprofessional. This is not the first time we've had this type of issues with Big Bend staff. Our vehicles are a 2020 and 2021.
