One of the worst living experiences of my life. Kim the Manager lied to me constantly.
I have a medical marijuana card and had smoked inside, which was against policy even if it was medical. I was informed and began smoking outside EVERYDAY on my balcony (as advised by Kim) after several months of constant complaints and police calls every week from our "downstairs neighbors" even after doing as asked. I was asked again to do something different. I began smoking in my car.. only to continue to get calls and complaints even if i hadnt smoked in the apartment for months. Kim began doing RANDOM inspections, she once came every 2 days and NEVER smelled anything... despite following everything told to me, along with inspections. I was still served a non-renewal notice. I was also informed that my neighbors also recieved a notice. (Keep noted, these neighbors were a known problem before i moved in) I was lied to constantly along with discovered. Neighbors never got a non-renewal.
To add to all this, my neighbors did several things that werent ever taken seriously. They took pictures of me on my balcony, took video of me walking my dog (and made it very obvious by getting my attention) and even went out of their way to scrape the ceiling of their apartment multiple early morning while I was asleep. Very loud and on purpose. I was afraid to leave here as I honestly thought id somehow get into trouble for something I never did. And Kim was on her side the entire time!
Also to update. The police also informed me that my neighbors were filing false claims to get me in trouble such as harder drugs that I HAVE NEVER TOUCHED.
Stay away from here....

Also, Coach of Chiefland School. (He lives with his mom at this apartment)
Maybe move outta mommas house and grow up.
How my neighbors can have 3 cars and live low-income is beyond me.

Update: Heard from sources that the neighbors had moved out finally after years of causing problems for other people. You might be able to live here now

While I think the apartments are nice, there roomy, it's quiet, I believe it's rather costly. Over $1,000 for an apartment, in this area, it's overpriced, & since there not a lot around this area to rent, i think that's why there priced so high
