Still no results in getting kitchen installed original order date was August 2022. We have not heard any word from Johnny since April 2023. Was told all our materials were in, paid over 15,000 in September 2022. Last Johnny told us he was working in Fort Myers...Buyers Beware!!!

Correction of time frame from my daughters review. John Mellado, do not do business with his company or his son Bowen Mellado or Lisa Mellado co owners of Catalyst Countertops and Cabinets, Center Hill Florida. July 2022, John Mellado my husband and I was given design and price quote for complete kitchen remodel . To make wheelchair accessible for 100 percent Disabled Veteran. Retired US Army Chaplain. We were told it may take six weeks to get cabinets, paid $29,587.50, of insurance money to this company. They cashed check in July 22, 2022. Made several calls during this time said waitin on them to come in. In November, 2022, John Mellado told me over phone waiting on two cabinets. In January went to office. Was given run around by Tania office worker saying we were next on list. They were trying new company for supplier. We weren't able to get in touch with them anymore. March went to shop Told Lisa we wanted a full refund. She said she understood and would tell John, in meantime I called J snd K wholesale cabinets, Orlando. they said a quote was requested but Catalyst never ordered the cabinets. They didn't want to get involved! John Mellado finally respond to text on April 26, 2023 and said he would follow up with me and take care of me on April 27, 2023, Never responded. Not a man if his word. Justice will prevail. So many other customers have had the same experience.

They told my parents they would be able to remodel their kitchen and make it handicapped accessible for my dad after they had a kitchen fire. They were given over $29,000 to order all the materials back in December 2022. As of May 2023 they haven’t even ordered the materials from the warehouse but have told them that they have. And just keep telling them that they will call them tomorrow and then never hear from them. Absolutely unbelievable and terrible unprofessional people that have scammed multiple people from the reviews i have seen.

We had Johnny design a full kitchen for us and ordered materials from him. Made a down payment for all the materials totaling over $15,000. Have called repeatly, also numerous text messages and emails with no response from them. No Product No services rendered! We have been Scammed!! Now in the process of getting a refund!!

My mom got all new countertops costing 17k, but they cut the sink too big and the undermount sink sticks out from the countertop causing food particles to land on the undermount sink. John has come out and said they would order a new sink, but calls go to voice-mail and never returned. My mom is very disappointed that she paid the bill before installation as they do not stand by their work. I would not recommend them. We are still waiting for this to be fixed and it's been a year.
