        I called to make an appointment with Dr. Caceres after a lot of recommendations. Scheduled it no problem. Got an email saying it was scheduled with the nurse practitioner, not the doctor. Nothing wrong with NPs but when I request a specific person, and you schedule me for someone completely different without telling me, thats a problem. I called back to change to the DOCTOR at 1:40pm on October 6, 2020. The receptionist was super rude and argued with me saying that the nurse practitioner was indeed a doctor and that my annual wasnt important enough to see the actual doctor. Nurse practitioners are not doctors. They have a doctorate. But they are not medical doctors, which requires much more schooling. The receptionist is saying that she is a medical doctor. Which is illegal. Beware of this receptionists deception and make sure you are getting what you want. The receptionist also hung up on me.
