I can't say enough bad things about Dr Mark Weisman and LifeStance Health. They have quite literally ABANDONED MY FAMILY MEMBER!!!! Oh they reply on here with some empty bulls#$t response they care but they don't. It's been 6 days since my last bad review and they haven't done anything yet. LifeStance you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!

Their 48 hour cancellation is a SCAM! We had a last minute emergency and Immediately called Lifestan to reschedule my appointment. It turns that I called 20 hours prior to the appointment time and they said that they were forced to charge $50 since they didnt have another available time the same day. They are not flexible, pure robots managing the system, so do not waste your time. The lady cut me off the phone when I said most the reviews were right about wanting to steal your money for no reason. Trust the reviews, DO NOT GO HERE! Learned the hard way.

I've called in 5 times and have been placed on hold for 10 min.+ with zero help from anyone. A simple question can't even get answered. Terrible customer service. Look out for bogus medical bills with these people. And, the bills come almost a year after service! These people are unprofessional and disorganized. I would definitely steer clear and find a provider who actually cares for their patients.

Lifestance is becoming the biggest joke in "mental health care" offices. One they don't care about the patients enough. I'm not saying the job is easy but EMPATHY goes a long way when someone is dark and depressed and doesn't see hope! Mark Weisman should be fired and reported to the Medical board. (The second part I'm handling) He has been administering care to my son and my son has been through a lot. My son was prescribed Abilify by Weisman and after that he hasn't been the same. Went to the ER 4 times in one week because of an adverse reaction to the med, got off the med but has been to a mental hospital 3 times after it and recently was Baker acted. While under BAKER ACT the pyschiatrists at Palm Point Bay put him on and prescribed a dangerous med called Clazapene. My son in good faith went to get it but because of the danger level there are additional steps involved. Wiseman advised against it and said to my son in messages, "I don't feel we're on the same page with your care". Ummmm he didn't pick the med ya dumba##!! My son actually agreed in messages and said he didn't really want it but they prescribed at Palm Point. So TODAY my son has a appointment finally with Weisman after he was on a 2 week vacation with no absent plan for his patients. Dr Weisman accused my son of wanting to be on the medicine and said again, "I don't think we're on the same page with your care". My son was pissed and had every right to be. I know what Wiesman is trying to do, he's trying to FIRE my son as a patient and walk away because he basically sucks as a pyschiatrist. Mr Mark Weisman, it's called patient abandonedment and it's AGAINST THE LAW! You're supposed to he here to help people, not make them more unstable, less happy, and pissed off at the world. Class act you are Weisman! You'll be hearing from the medical board and my attorney soon enough! #disgusted
