The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I always come to this place for my mammograms. They take me right away. My tech was also very friendly. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They r the best. I reccomend them highly.

It's amazing how bills can keep coming in where they charge my wife several times for a simple routine consultation and they send bills from Drs supposedly who saw her when it wasn't true, I claim the insurance and the insurance says there is no co-payment which doesn't worry me but It's not about me or my wife not paying anything, it's about why they charge for a service or something that was not provided? Furthermore, the mammography exam was very basic as they saw that in a deeper one nothing came out, they did the other basic one later in a matter of a second just to charge for the procedure!

I received multiple emails and texts to log in and provide my information for my appointment. When it came time to get results there were no emails and texts telling us how to get results. I had to call different numbers etc. Very disappointing and frustrating,

Front office staff was extremely rude and very unprofessional to my 23 year old daughter who had ultrasound lab orders in hand from her gynecologist on March 2023. They gave her the runaround about the orders, like she forged them. My daughter was already so scared and they showed no empathy at all. On top of that, she found out today that they did not fax the ultrasound results to my daughter's gynecologist when the orders clearly stated to fax back to gynecologist as pictured and stated on the patient portal. Luckily the radiologist read the ultrasound and the tech that did the actual ultrasound told her there were no abnormal findings that day. Front desk staff caused my daughter so much unnecessary anxiety. I definitely would not recommend this place. Find another imaging center if you can.
