The hotel has some great upsides. The staff are awesome and they go out of their way to help you. Courtyard pool, bar and games are fun. We stayed in a suite at a pretty good price. The hotel also has some downsides. The pullout sofa in the suites is not usable as a bed. The mattress and springs are so old we ended up putting sheets on the couch and sleeping on that, which wasnt great, either. The front desk staff, while very helpful and nice, take way too much time per person and getting anything done through them is time consuming. We needed the pullout couch and not having a usable one means we probably wont be back.

(Original) Tuvimos una mala experiencia ya que fuimos de vacaciones durante 5 dias, nos olvidamos unas pertenencias y cuando fuimos a buscarlas durante el turno noche no nos quisieron dar las cosas ya que estaban en un cuarto con llave y ''no tenian'' las llaves de ese respectivo cuarto. Siendo asi que nos volviamos a Argentina y no teniamos opcion de volver a recuperar las cosas. La verdad muy mala predisposicin en darnos una solucion sobre como recuperar nuestras cosas estando ahi mismo en el hotel.
