I contacted Capital Hill about a rental house, explaining I needed to move in ASAP. Ken contacted me back quickly and we scheduled a tour for the next day, on a Sunday. We applied for the house on the same day at night. The whole team made sure to review our application quickly, calling me whenever needed, and by Wednesday they had already sent us the lease for review. We had the house keys by Thursday afternoon! We absolutely love our house, the price was fair and the team was professional. Would recommend them to anyone!

Our experience with Capital Hill Really was extraordinary. Ken sold our home in a short period of time and he made us feel so comfortable throughout the process. We cant say enough about the quality of service, dedication and care. We will definitely do future business with Capital Hill and would recommend them.

Very surprised these people have 5 stars. Horrible experience. Will not be renting from them. Do not believe every good review, I had to experience disrespect myself. Good luck

Capital Hill is great, I would strongly recommend them..I would give them 10 stars if there was such thing. Shierly & Ken are very helpful, they tell you how is going to be from the beginning, I never had an issue with them.Always responsive. Wish there more companies with people like them.
