        Please join under your own discretion. They are ruthless and don't provide sick leaves. Avant mentions that Paid time off(PTO) & unpaid Paid Time off (unpaid PTO) is for personal and sick leave combined and don't provide sick leaves. This could be a potential violation of Labor Laws as per DOL. Potential candidates please read your terms and negotiate or tread wisely.

They are supportive, they offer cultural transition programs, which help you settle so well in the new environment unlike other agencies.

        Applied after verifying I met all their requirements, which I do. Shortly received a generic email rejection with no explanation. I feel they are either discriminating based on age or they are not actually recruiting foreign trained RN. No contact with a real person at any point. Very disappointing. They will most likely reply to my review with some generic blurb just so they look good. A waste of time.
