Just did the lithium conversion on my 2000 Honda Insight! Communication was great and everything went well! It's a fairly new "procedure" for them, but I'd say they did well with it; certainly have my recommendation.

Greentec Auto is an invaluable resource for those of us with aging hybrids. Though Greentec's primary business is batteries, in a pinch I contacted them about a failing water pump in my Gen 3 Prius, as I was looking for a reliable local hybrid shop. Being the consummate professionals, they had me in and out within 24 hours with a two year warranty on an OEM pump, and less than half what the dealership would have charged. Thank you Michael and your team!

Highly recommend! Drove to me. Swapped old for refurbished battery in my driveway for 40% what the dealership wanted. Michael is very knowledgable.

When my hybrid warning light came on in my 2007 Camry Hybrid, it was just 5 days until my warranty with Greentec would expire as I had my battery replaced by them in 2020. I immediately called their 800 number and was transferred to Austin in the warranty department. He was so gracious to tell me not to worry and to call him back with the code. At this point my car would not start, so I had it towed to my local Toyota dealer who performed the diagnostic and gave me a printout. Austin contacted the local Greentec office and set it up for Michael to go to the dealership and replace my hybrid battery. So many companies lack in customer service, but I can say that Greentec is not one of them. They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me the extra time I needed to get the codes pulled. This is my second battery replacement with Greentec and I can say I would highly recommend them to anyone with a hybrid vehicle. Prices are great and customer service is top notch. Thank you Michael and Austin.
