First time visit. Not sure what to expect due to the posted reviews. Comparing my past USPS visits across the country, this was a good experience. There were a few customers in front of me but the line moved quickly...around 4 pm. There was only one USPS clerk at the front desk but I found her friendly and customer focused.

I waited 45 minutes to pick up a package and ended up leaving because it took this long. I just rescheduled my delivery so itll arrive tomorrow because thatll take less time than this line
