        This location was a disaster. I placed an app order and They lost my order so I sat in the line while literally eight cars behind Me received their food while I waited. I was sitting right at the window, and the staff kept passing by with other peoples orders, not even questioning why someone in the front of the line would still be waiting on their order. I had to stop one of them and ask where my order was sitting there for way too long, once they realized their error, I did not receive one gesture of remorse for their mixup. The manager was working right there at the drive-through Terrible leadership at this location. Absolutely the worst Chick-fil-A experience Ive ever had.
