I took my Beautiful Sterling for a wellness check, bad breath and some scheduled inoculations with Dr. Ziemba attending... First, I cannot express how Wonderful she is with Sterling!! Sterling is not fond of the Veterinary Clinic. He is far more trusting with Women than he is with Men. We have had some terrible experiences at Vets with Male Doctors and Male Vet Techs handling him... After a couple of visits with Dr. Ziemba, it was Very Clear that the Gender of the Attendants was Very Important and even Vital to having a "Good Experience". With this visit, we learned that the source of his halitosis was a couple of bad teeth. He was quickly scheduled [2 days later] for a Dental Cleaning and extractions. Sterling had his procedure done on Friday, January 6th. He did very well with the anesthesia and the extractions. He is on antibiotics and pain meds for a week now. I am so grateful for Dr. Ziemba's Kindness, Gentleness and her Extraordinary Care and Love for our animals. I know I can speak for so many people.... She is an Outstanding Human Being!! Thank You! Thank You!! Thank You!!! To Viscaya Prado Veterinary Hospital for all you do!! Thank you Dr. Ziemba!!!
