Five Below

This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a Five Below. It definitely seemed like a race issue. The older woman with the short buzz cut who I believe is the manager was absolutely rude to my 15 year old daughter. If I could give a zero I would. They pick and choose who they want to ring up. I am so upset. I will NEVER shop at Five Below in this area again. WOW.

i came shopping for an instacart order and i had trouble looking for some items because of the mess in that store, i very nicely asked a lady if she could help and she was so mean saying that it isnt her job to help me look for items since its for an instacart. I will never accept another instacart order from five below because of that terrible customer service

I had trouble looking for some items in the store and i politely asked a worker if she could help me look for some things and she told me off very rudely that it was my own job to look for my items. It was so shocking and rude because i have never gotten treated so badly in a store like that, i left with only half the things i was looking for since the store was such a mess and i couldnt find most things. I will never go back to that store just because of the nasty customer service
