Normally when it comes to subcontractors, I usually am found sending scathing, demanding emails. In most cases, that is usually what is required to get the job done. I contracted with another company to re-roof a home I purchased pre-pandemic. The job was great. Patrick was the Project Manager, and he responded to all of my calls, promptly and professionally. I had 2 tiles that stuck out like a sore thumb, when the job was completed, and I attempted numerous times to get Worthmann to return to remove and replace the tiles. I eventually gave up after chasing them for a while. However, when I finally moved in, the 2 discolored tiles bothered me every time I drove into the driveway. I decided to text Patrick for his assistance. Long story short, Patrick informed me he started his own company and would send one of his guys to do the work. His guys showed up the next day, and when I asked Patrick what I owed him, he responded no charge, happy to help. I couldnt believe it. Finally, a contractor with integrity and class. Patrick you are a true professional and I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a roof to be installed. Please feel free to use me as a reference with your new firm.
